NGE
On March 20, 2026, CONSEQUALLY facilitated an ACT FOR INCLUSION participatory workshop using role-play scenarios to raise awareness about discrimination.
Based on real-life situations such as sexism, parenthood stereotypes and invisibilization, the session encouraged discussion, helped participants identify cognitive biases, and explore concrete actions at individual, managerial and organizational levels.
Initiative France
On January 29, 2026, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a participatory workshop for the Initiative France network on gender equality and gender bias, alongside Claire Bourrasset, founder of ROUj.
Through data, interactive exercises and group discussions, the session helped participants better understand the systemic roots of inequalities and identify concrete actions at individual, managerial and organizational levels.
VINCI Construction – Réseaux en France
On January 26, 2026, CONSEQUALLY delivered a webinar for employees of VINCI Construction Réseaux in France to raise awareness about sexism in the construction sector.
Through field data, sector-specific examples, a case study and interactive discussions, the session helped participants better identify sexist behaviors, understand their impacts, and develop practical ways to prevent and address them at work. More than 850 employees attended the webinar.
Préfecture de Bretagne – Direction des Routes de l’Ouest – DDTM35 – DREAL Bretagne – DRAAF Bretagne
On January 23, 2026, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a participatory conference on sexist and sexual violence in the workplace for public sector employees in Brittany, alongside Claire Bourrasset, founder of ROUj.
Through legal insights, key data, real-life cases and interactive discussions, the session helped participants better understand, identify and address workplace sexist and sexual violence. More than 350 people attended the conference.
LEONARD
Between November and December 2025, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a series of three participatory workshops for the team LIEU of LEONARD.
The workshops aimed to strengthen collective autonomy, clarify roles and working methods, and co-create simple rules of collaboration based on real work situations. The final session focused on formalizing and sharing these practices with other teams within the organization.
VINCI Energies Est
On September 11, 2025, in Nancy, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a full-day event on professional equality for 200 managers and employees from the VINCI Energies Connect’Est network.
The morning combined an interactive show on everyday sexism, field data and a roundtable discussion. In the afternoon, participants explored concrete actions through a “solutions village” format. The event was organized in partnership with Marine Pétroline Soichot, Chroniques du sexisme ordinaire.
Meridiam
Between May and September 2025, CONSEQUALLY facilitated four online workshops in English for managers at Meridiam.
Adapted from the ACT FOR INCLUSION format for shorter virtual sessions, the workshops encouraged discussion and awareness around inclusive leadership, encouraging participants to take action. Around 40 managers participated.
LEONARD
From July 2024 to July 2025, CONSEQUALLY supported LEONARD in clarifying its internal organization and strengthening collaborative governance.
The support included an internal audit with employees, the development of key management documents (organizational policies, role descriptions, onboarding materials, KPIs and impact tracking), and a workshop on self-governance during the team seminar in July 2025.
VINCI Construction « Connect »
On July 9, 2025, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a participatory conference on sexist and sexual violence in the workplace, following the release of an internal video on harassment produced by the Group.
Co-led with Florie Allenet, the session provided clear definitions, explained the impacts of such violence, reviewed the legal framework, and encouraged participants to take individual and collective action.
Ingerop
On June 4, 2025, in Marseille, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a full day of workshops during the company’s annual HR seminar.
Using the ACT FOR INCLUSION format and design thinking methods, the session helped HR teams explore discrimination and stereotypes, and co-create a practical roadmap to strengthen gender diversity across the Group’s engineering and construction roles.
GTM-HALLE (VINCI CONSTRUCTION)
On March 28, 2025, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a “Les Mille Pas” workshop during a women employees’ event organized by the HR team of GTM HALLE in Nancy.
The workshop aimed to raise awareness of the systemic impact of gender stereotypes and representations at work, and to encourage dialogue and action among participants.
PREFECTURE DE BRETAGNE
On March 20, 2025, CONSEQUALLY delivered a conference on gender equality and individual power to act, co-led with Claire Bourrasset.
The session brought together employees from the Direction des Routes de l’Ouest, DDTM35, DREAL Bretagne and DRAAF Bretagne to reflect on their role in advancing gender equality.
MERIDiAM
In October 2024, CONSEQUALLY delivered a training session on gender bias and stereotypes for 40 top managers during the company’s Leadership Council in Copenhagen.
Based on the ACT FOR INCLUSION format, the session combined key insights, an interactive workshop, and practical steps to encourage concrete action.
CYS (Cypriot Organisation of Standardization)
On October 11, 2024, in Nicosia, CONSEQUALLY presented the objectives and key elements of the ISO 53800 standard during an event organized by the Cyprus Organization for Standardization and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The session also included a roundtable discussion on good practices for gender equality with professionals from KPMG Cyprus, the University of Limassol, and CYTA.
OLYMPIA ODOS
On October 10, 2024, in Rion (Greece), CONSEQUALLY facilitated four working groups to initiate a practical action plan on diversity and inclusion.
The sessions focused on raising staff awareness (offices, technical bases, toll stations), supporting parenthood, empowering women, and improving communication and team spirit.
SOMFY
On July 3, 2024, in Cluses, CONSEQUALLY facilitated five one-hour workshops using the “Les Mille Pas” game to raise awareness about gender equality among SOMFY employees.
The sessions took place during the company’s annual CSR day and were delivered on behalf of BBIRD.
CENTRALE INNOVATION (ÉCOLE CENTRALE DE NANTES – ÉQUIPE SIMS)
On June 5, 2024, in Vannes, CONSEQUALLY facilitated a three-hour workshop during the annual seminar of the SIMS research team (Signal, Image, Sound) at Centrale Nantes.
Combining the “Les Mille Pas” game and the ACT FOR INCLUSION workshop, the session aimed to raise awareness among researchers about equality and inclusion.
AFNOR
CONSEQUALLY contributed to the international standardization committee that developed the voluntary standard ISO 53800, Guidelines for the promotion and implementation of gender equality and women’s empowerment, published in May 2024.
CENTRALE NANTES ALUMNI
CONSEQUALLY facilitated roundtables and awareness workshops on equality, diversity and inclusion, in both mixed and non-mixed settings.
On March 8, 2023, a roundtable was organized on leadership and the role of Centrale Nantes women engineers in companies.
LOMBARDI INGENIERIE
Since 2022, CONSEQUALLY has been supporting Lombardi Ingénierie in developing its gender equality and CSR strategy.
The support includes diagnostics, collaborative workshops and leadership training, as well as the facilitation of internal committees, the development of charters, and the co-creation of tools with teams such as the “Cool Pas Cool Box” to address sexism.
VINCI CONSTRUCTION GRANDS PROJETS
CONSEQUALLY designed and delivered the first version of the training “Committing to gender diversity” with Patrick Banon and Christine Charlotin.
This one-day program for managers aimed to identify gender inequalities, understand their origins, and collectively explore solutions to promote greater diversity.
The collaboration also included filmed interviews and internal video production in 2021.
