Lena Harikiopoulos-Cordova

has over 20 years of experience managing interdisciplinary, multinational, and complex projects in the construction sector (VINCI).

Today, she founded CONSEQUALLY and supports organisations in operational management, CSR, gender equality, and inclusive leadership.

Passionate about creating connections and partnerships, Lena, winner of the 2024 Women Engineer Award, is also active in associations such as STEM FOR ALL and Les SouterReines, where she inspires and mentors future generations.

Active member of international standardisation committees and Vice-President of Centrale Nantes Alumni, Lena combines local action and global influence to build a fairer future.
